GrubGain Customer Partner Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GrubGain platform (“GrubGain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether through mobile app, website, or any other channel. By using our platform, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Providing accurate, truthful information during registration.

2. Use of GrubGain Platform

• GrubGain allows you to discover restaurants, redeem discounts, and track savings.
• You agree not to misuse the platform, including hacking, scraping, impersonation, or unauthorized commercial use.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
• GrubGain reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Discounts and Offers

• Discounts are applicable only when the transaction is completed through GrubGain.
• Offers may vary by location, time, availability, and restaurant discretion.
• GrubGain is not liable for any restaurant’s failure to honor an offer or for changes made without notice.

5. Payments

• If GrubGain facilitates in-app payments, you authorize us to process transactions via secure payment gateways.
• Any failed, delayed, or unauthorized charges must be reported immediately.
• GrubGain is not responsible for external payment processing delays or failures.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using GrubGain, you consent to data collection and usage as described.

7. Communication

You agree to receive transactional messages, notifications, and promotional offers via email, SMS, or in-app communication. You can manage preferences from your account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on GrubGain (logos, designs, text, visuals, etc.) is owned by GrubGain or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• GrubGain is not liable for food quality, hygiene, service experience, or behavior at the restaurant.
• We provide the platform “as-is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
• In no case shall GrubGain’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you through the platform in the last 6 months.

10. Termination

GrubGain may suspend or terminate your access:

• For breach of these Terms
• For fraudulent or harmful activities
• At our discretion, with or without notice

You may deactivate your account anytime via the app or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
